How do I know if my window is suitable?
Our fabulous no measure, no drill blinds are suitable for most window types including tiled surfaces!
Our free measured pack (which includes gorgeous fabric samples) contains all the bits needed to find out if we can beautify your home.
For the DIY inclined...our blinds work in all windows with a:
- window depth greater than 7cm
- window width between 60-210cm
- window height up to 210cm

How do I know what size to order without measuring?
Take the stress out of ordering by getting your free measured pack which includes everything you need to find out your window size.
Simply follow the instructions delivered with the measured pack to start your journey.

If you are happy to measure your window size with a measuring tape you can also do this and then select the appropriate window size options on the order now page.
Please note if your window recess is less than 7cm or your window height is over 210cm, this product is currently not suitable for your window size.
Can I order a blind without getting the measured pack?
Simply put...yes! If you prefer to measure your window size with a measuring tape you can and then select the appropriate window size options on the order now page.

What do the colours mean when I am ordering my blind?
Great question! These colours correspond to the window width and height sizes that allow us to make gorgeous blinds without the need for the boring numbers bit!
Order your measured pack today to find out what colour you are.
Each colour corresponds to one of our fab five window sizes:
- Black = 60-90cm
- Blue = 90-120cm
- Orange = 120-150cm
- Green = 150-180cm
- Purple = 180-210cm
What do i do if i am on the borderline between two colours?
This is nothing to worry about! Simply choose the colour that is closer to the dotted line on your colour tape!
How do I order my blind?
If you have not yet ordered your free fabric samples and measured pack, that's a good place to start!
The measured pack includes everything you need to find out if your window is suitable and the sizing's we need to make your perfect blinds.
Simply follow the instructions delivered with the pack to start your journey.

If you already have your window size colours from the measured pack (or by taking window measurements with a measuring tape), follow the instructions on the product page to place your blind into the cart and proceed to payment.

How do I fit my blind without drilling?
Excellent question! Our engineers have designed a snazzy bracket that can be fitted without the need for drills or screw drivers.
Simply stick and click into place!
It even works on tiles and can even be adjusted to the perfect level after it has been installed.
When do I get my fabric?
For us to provide perfectly sized fabric for your window we need you to fit your blind before you can order your favourite fabric using the code.
Once you have sent us your unique code we will make your fabric the perfect size and ship it straight to you.
How do I fit my fabric?
Our amazing engineers have developed a unique system to simply click your fabric into place.
Instructions will be provided with your fabric but if you need any assistance our friendly team are contactable here
How do I use the remote?
The remote should only be configured after you have received and fitted your custom fabric.

What is the product guarantee?
our blinds are manufactured with the highest standards, materials and care as because of this the electric roller blind has a standard warranty of up to 5 years from date of purchase.

When will my blind/fabric be delivered?
Our manufacturing process is top class and we like to allow adequate manufacturing time to ensure your product meets the high-quality standards that we promise.
When your order is dispatched you will receive the tracking details as well as contact information for any additional enquiries.
Delivery times are based on a normal production environment. Though we do not expect delays, there are occasions of high volume, out-of-stock products, or other unforeseen problems.

My item has arrived damaged. How do I arrange a replacement?
In the unusual event that your blind has arrived damaged please contact us via email at hello@measuredblinds.co.uk with photos of the damage and we will be in touch with a solution as soon as possible.
