we guarantee, that providing the blind has not been subject to misuse or negligence, we will repair or replace any defective part (within its' warranty period) without charge.

warranty explained
warranty duration:
the electric roller blind has a standard warranty of up to 5 years from date of purchase
scope of warranty:
- replacement of components - up to 5 years
- replacement of fabric - up to 1 year
- carriage (to & from factory) - up to 1 year
- labour (assembly & repair) - up to 1 year
warranty conditions:
- general wear and tear affecting the product (e.g. fabric fraying during use or batteries running down)
- wilful damage, misuse/abuse
- your failure to operate the blind in accordance with the installation and operating instructions
- any alterations carried out
- repairs carried out by someone who is not one of our authorised repairers
